My favorite author passes away at the age of 90

I used to be a big-time science fiction geek. I'm talking science fiction book clubs, subscriptions to Scientific American, Discovery. I've read most of Arthur C. Clarke's books. He expanded my thoughts, dreams and imagination. I viewed him more of a futurist than a science fiction writer. He brought so many cutting edge science ideas with his physics and mathematics education and expanded upon them making things unthinkable seem possible. I want to thank him for his books and his life is now starting a beyond-terrestrial journey. Read more about the man at Bloomberg.com
